I stayed at this hotel very recently, it was 4.00am the staff were asleep when i arrived, they charged me in advance. The staff was unfriendly in his pajamas, his main concern was the mini bar not my comfort and satisfaction. The room was depressing with no windows at all, both single beds in the room were broken, the mattress was filthy, the bath room door couldn’t be locked, the shower pan was hanging with large gap above the floor, having a shower was horrible experience. Also, they refused to service breakfast.

I hope you inspect the rooms before renting them out in the future.
